EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 2B, folio 238 (South Auckland Registry), containing 2 acres, more or less, being Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 on Deposited Plan S. 8479, and being part Allotment 250, Parish of Waimana, in the name of William Fred Cobb, Court registrar, and Walter Taipari, barman, both of Thames, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 378302 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
