Limited Speed Zone Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata County at Parakai:
At Parakai—
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the point where the eastern side of Parkhurst Road crosses the northern bank of the Te Hoau Stream; thence westerly generally by a right line across Parkhurst Road to a point 16 chains measured westerly along the southern side of Fordyce Road from Parkhurst Road; thence north-westerly generally by a right line across Fordyce Road to a point 20 chains measured north-westerly generally along the south-western side of Parkhurst Road from Springs Road; thence easterly generally by a right line across Parkhurst Road to the northern terminating point of Springs Road; thence easterly generally along the projection of the aforesaid right line to the bank of the Kaipara River; thence southerly generally along the bank of the Kaipara River to the northern bank of the Te Hoau Stream; thence south-westerly generally along the northern bank of Te Hoau Stream to the commencing point.

Limited Speed Zone Extended
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 5th day of December 1966†, which relates to Horowhenua County at Shannon is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purpose of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

SITUATED within Horowhenua County at Shannon:
No. 57 State Highway (Levin - Palmerston North via Shannon) (from a point 2 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from Stafford Street to Vance Street).

Road Excluded from Speed Limitation, and Forty-mile Speed-limit Area Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, dated the 16th day of May 1966†, which relates to Railway Esplanade in Gore Borough is hereby revoked.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a forty-mile speed-limit area for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Railway Esplanade (from a point 3 chains measured north-easterly generally along the said Esplanade from Huron Street to the north-eastern boundary of Gore Borough).

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of Taupo Domain
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Taupo Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAUPO BOROUGH
SECTIONS 61, 131, 132, 133, 134, and 135, Block II, Tauhara Survey District: Area, 2 acres and 29.6 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 1765, folios 82, 83, 84, 85, and 86, and Volume 1p, folio 1391 (S.O. Plan 40928, M.L. Plan 17674).
