EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 118, folio 54, Gisborne Registry, in the name of William Stewart Picken, of Gisborne, farmer, for 3 acres 1 rood and 24.8 perches, more or less, situate in Block IV, Patutahi Survey District, being part of Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 2043, and being part Repongaere A Block, and application 85651 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title for the land above described, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership known as Ward, Wilson, and Associates, whereby Christopher Duncan Ward, of 60 Clark Street, Wellington, accountancy clerk, and Robert D. Wilson, of 130 Hereford Street, Christchurch, director, carried on a business in Christchurch and elsewhere, dealing in home improvements and property development, was dissolved on the 1st day of December 1966.
