Road Closed by Order of Maori Land Court

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 425 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Court has made an order dated 1 October 1962, firstly, declaring that area of road described in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be closed and, secondly, vesting the same in the owners of the land described in the second column to the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road situated in Block II, Tokata Survey District, described as follows:

As the same is more particularly delineated on plans P.W.D. 160227 (S.O. 1872) and P.W.D. 160226 (S.O. 1871) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
