CORRIGENDUM

IN the Schedule to the Order in Council dated the 24th day of May 1967, and published in Gazette, No. 39, 22 June 1967, page 1064, consenting to raising of loans by certain local authorities, for the amount “£14,000” set out opposite the words “Taumarunui Borough Council: Sewerage Additional Loan 1967”, read “£40,000” which last-mentioned amount appears in the Order in Council signed by His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Manukau

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1967.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 perches situated in Block IV, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 11, D.P. 17401; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21281 (S.O. 45306) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1967.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of July 1956, and published in the Gazette, 12 July 1956, Volume II, page 915, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, as No. 15068, defining the middle line of the Northcote-Albany Motorway in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, in so far as it affects Lot 10, D.P. 47933 (C.T. 1894/35), in the North Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of May 1967.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAIPA COUNTY

ALLOTMENT 145, Township of Kihikihi, situated in Block VII, Puniu Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 27 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 135 (S.O. 1324c).
