Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908 and in the matter of The Consumers Co-operative Society (Reefton) Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of the provisions of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908, that a general meeting of the above-named society will be held in the County Chambers, Reefton, on Thursday, the 13th day of July 1967, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the society has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

"That the liquidator be authorised to destroy the books and papers of the society when he thinks fit."

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead. A proxy need not also be a member.
