A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1967.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4.7 perches situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 126, Parish of Takapuna; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152892 (S.O. 39567) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1967.
