Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Perrys Shoes Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that by special resolution of shareholders of the above company, passed on the 24th day of January 1967, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Roy Cecil Timms, of Christchurch, public accountant, be appointed liquidator.

Notice is also given, pursuant to rule 85 of the Companies (winding-up) Rules 1956, that the liquidator has fixed the 21st day of February 1967 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

CHARITABLE TRUST ACT 1957

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand Northern District (Auckland Registry)

IN THE MATTER of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 AND IN THE MATTER of NEW ZEALAND FEDERATION OF UNIVERSITY WOMEN TRUST BOARD:

Notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Federation of University Women Trust Board has filed, in the Supreme Court at Auckland, a motion for order approving a scheme under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and approving regulations governing the administration and disposition of trust property held by the said Board.

The scheme relates to the fund of twelve thousand and twenty pounds (Β£12,020) as at the 31st day of December 1965, together with such funds received by the Board since that date, and held by the Board for the award of fellowships, from time to time, to women university graduates for post-graduate study or research in countries other than their own, and on such conditions as shall be approved by the Board. From and after the date on which the scheme is approved by an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, the said fund shall be held upon the trusts and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the said scheme.

Notice is further given that the motion is to be heard at the Supreme Court of Auckland on Friday, the 3rd day of March 1967, at 10 a.m., and any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland, to the New Zealand Federation of University Women Trust Board at the offices of their solicitors under mentioned, and to the Attorney General, not less than seven clear days before the said date of hearing.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto and to stop the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto. A plan of the portion of land proposed to be taken, and of the portion of road proposed to be stopped, is open for public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections, in writing, at the office of the Council, on or before the 10th day of March 1967.
