PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Revocation of Appointment of Takahue Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Takahue Domain Board, as published in Gazette, 24 January 1963, No. 3, p. 69, and appoints the Mangonui County Council to be the Takahue Domain Board, to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
