Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:
A. R. P.
Being
109 0 32 Ototope B, situate in Block I, Hokianga Survey District, and shown, edged red, on Survey Office plan M.L. 4900.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of January 1967.

Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1967.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 1 rood 30 perches situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata County, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 208, Waikomiti Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20829 (S.O. 45159) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of December 1966.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electric works and shall vest in the King Country Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of February 1967.
