IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 and IN THE MATTER
of PLASTIKPAX LTD.:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 9th day of June 1967, presented to the said Court by
ALBERT ALFRED BARTROM of Auckland, company director,
AND that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of June 1967 at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.

of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on
the 2nd day of June 1967, presented to the said Court by
FROPAX (N.Z.) LTD., a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at 60 Victoria Street, Wellington, and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of June 1967, at 10
o’clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making
of an order on the said petition may appear at the time
of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Franklin County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000),
authorised to be raised by the Franklin County Council
under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making
advances to farmers in terms of the Rural Housing Act 1939,
the Franklin County Council hereby makes and levys a
special rate of decimal nought three nought pence (.030d.)
in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of un-
improved value) of all rateable property in the County of
Franklin, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half
yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each
and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period
of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Franklin County Council held on the 29th day of May 1967.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Franklin County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of twenty-five thousand pounds (£25,000), authorised to
be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-
mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting part cost of
replacing bridges and culverts in the County of Franklin,
the Franklin County Council hereby makes and levys a
special rate of decimal nought three one pence (.031d.) in
the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved
value) of all rateable property in the County of Franklin, and
that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on
the 1st day of October in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until
the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the
Franklin County Council held on the 29th day of May 1967.

OHAKUNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance and exercise of the
powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities
Loans Act 1956, the Ohakune Borough Council resolved as
follows at a meeting held on Wednesday, 19 October 1966:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £20,000, authorised to be raised by the
Ohakune Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans
Act 1956, for the purpose of reticulating the Council’s
electricity district, the said Ohakune Borough Council hereby
makes and levies and appropriates and pledges a special rate
of eight decimal seven five pence (8¾d.) in the pound on the
rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of
Ohakune, and that such special rate shall be an annually
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall
be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

BAY OF PLENTY CATCHMENT COMMISSION
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1967, £16,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Bay of
Plenty Catchment Commission resolves as follows:
“That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of £16,000, authorised to be raised by the Bay of Plenty
Catchment Commission under the above-mentioned Act, for
the purpose of purchasing land and erecting houses thereon,
or purchasing land and existing houses, the said Bay of Plenty
Catchment Commission do hereby make a special rate of
decimal nought nought two pence (.002d.) in the pound (£)
being decimal nought nought eight three cents (.00083
cents) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value (on the basis
of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Bay of
Plenty Catchment Commission area, and that the special rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the
loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each
year and every year during the currency of the loan, being a
period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully
paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above-mentioned resolution was
passed by the Bay of Plenty Catchment Commission at a
meeting held on the 6th day of June 1967.
