Benzol, toluol, xylol.
Blades, safety razor.
Borates, crude, natural, and concentrates thereof (calcined or not) but not including borates separated from natural brine.
Boric acid, crude, natural, containing not more than 85 percent of H₃BO₃ calculated on the dry weight.
Bottles, infants feeding.
Butter, fresh, whether salted or not, including melted.
Calcium phosphates, natural, mineral; natural mineral calcium phosphates, apatite, and phosphatic chalk.
Caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) in packages exceeding 7 lb.
Cements, dental, and other dental fillings.
Cheese and curd.
Chiolite, natural.
Cocoa beans, raw.
Cocoa butter (fat or oil).
Coffee, raw.
