Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SECTION 61, Block X, Takahue Survey District: Area, 264 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 45104). As shown on plan numbered 4/33 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of June 1967.
