Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.


SCHEDULE

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

A. R. P.

0 3 26 Customary Maori land adjoining Makarau 4b, situated in Block II, Kaipara Survey District, and shown on the plan marked L. and S. 36/2297 deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of June 1967.

Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Islington-Papanui Transmission Line) in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi County, Subject to a Building-line Condition

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Islington-Papanui Transmission Line), subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 563920, Canterbury Land Registry.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 34 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 5, D.P. 22552, being part Rural Section 117. All certificate of title, Register 6c, folio 910, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of May 1967.

Land Taken, Together With and Subject to Certain Easements, for Public Offices in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the easement of light and air rights created by transfer No. 218624, and together with and subject to the easements of party wall rights created by transfer No. 218625, and together with and subject to the easements of light and air rights created by transfer No. 218418, for public offices and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hutt, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1967.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 12.14 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 10325. All certificate of title, Volume 433, folio 14, Wellington Land Registry.

Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, viz, a portion of the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 21380 referred to in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

COMMENCING at a point on the eastern side of Grafton Road, being the north-west corner of Lot 3, D.P. 44105, thence proceeding in a north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 10 chains and terminating at a point on the eastern side of Stanley Street, being the north-eastern corner of part Allotment 1, Section 18, Suburbs of Auckland (C.T. 83/279), passing in, into, through, over, or under the following lands, viz:

Part Lot 2, D.P. 11857 (C.T. 337/207); Lot 4, D.P. 44105 (C.T. 1339/43); Lot 3, D.P. 44105 (C.T. 1540/51); Lot 2, D.P. 44105 (C.T. 1536/36); Lot 1, D.P. 44105 (C.T. 1339/41); part Allotment 1, Section 18, Suburbs of Auckland (C.T. 83/179); part Allotment 1, Section 18, Suburbs of Auckland
