Notice Calling Final Meeting
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Efco (N.Z.) Co. Pty. Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at Auckland, on Wednesday, the 31st day of May 1967, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
“That the books and papers of the company be delivered to Mr R. N. Collins, care of Wiseman and Wiseman, Solicitors, Sixth Floor, New Zealand Insurance Building, Queen Street, Auckland.”
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Swimming International (N.Z.) Ltd. notice is hereby given that the Swimming International (N.Z.) Co. Ltd., passed on the 8th day of May 1967, an extraordinary resolution for voluntary winding up, by entry in the minute book, pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the Council Chamber, Chamber of Commerce Building, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on the 18th day of May 1967, at 3 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and an estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
