Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Rodney
(Notice No. Ag. 10064)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under
section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, for
the purpose of the said section, the following special order
made by the Rodney County Council on 23 March 1967, is
hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested
in it by section 87 of the Counties Act 1956, and section 3
of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and amendments thereto,
and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Rodney
County Council doth hereby resolve, by way of special order,
that the following schedule of plants be declared noxious
weeds within the County of Rodney:
