Licensing Arthur Frederick Woodhams and Nicholai Bern-
hard Kaspersen to Occupy a Site for a Jetty, Shed, and
Freezer Shed in Riverton Harbour
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Arthur Frederick Woodhams
and Nicholai Bernhard Kaspersen (hereafter called the
licensees, which term shall include their administrators,
executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of Riverton Harbour, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 12573 and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a jetty, shed, and freezer shed as shown on the said
plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of May 1967.
(3) The premium payable by the licensees shall be five
pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the
licensees shall be eight pounds (£8) ($16).

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964, the
Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the
provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regula-
tions so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade
motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned,
but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers
Regulations 1964 to the person described in column 1 of the
Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy
trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer
described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not
authorise him while he is under the age of 18 years, to
drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Procedure of Transport Commission
WHEREAS, by Warrants dated the 9th day of July 1965 and
the 7th day of October 1966†, the Minister of Transport
appointed, pursuant to section 5 of the Transport Act 1962,
Judge Kendrick Gee Archer as Chairman, and William
Percy Richard Day, John Thomson Gilkison, and Alan
Thomas Gandell as members of the Transport Commission,
and, whereas, by Warrant dated the 7th day of October 1966,
it was declared that the Chairman, or a member appointed
by the Chairman to act in his stead, and two other members
shall form a quorum, and, whereas, it is considered expedient
that a lesser number of members shall form a quorum, the
Minister of Transport hereby declares that at any meeting
of the Commission, the Chairman, or a member appointed
by the Chairman to act in his stead, and one other member
shall form a quorum.

Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that

and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
