Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—WAIMEA COUNTY
Lots 2 and 5, D.P. 7021, being part Section 130, Square 5, part Sections 29 and 35, Block III, Tadmor Survey District. Area, 515 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less; as shown on plan numbered S. 19/2 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (D.P. 7021.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1967.
