CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice “Roads Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared” published in Gazette, 11 May 1967, page 856, please amend as follows:

Under sub-heading “At Clevedon” for the seventh line, substitute “(from the Papakura - Clevedon - Kawa Kawa Road to Brookby Road)”.

Under the sub-heading “At Pakuranga” the third line, substitute of for on. The line should read “River due West of the northern end of Fisher Parade.”

Under sub-heading “At Takanini” for the 30th line, substitute “along the said road side from Manuroa Road; thence”.

For shoulder number, substitute “(TT. 9/1/119)”.

Land Taken for a Fire Station in Block III, Leeston Survey District, Ellesmere County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ellesmere, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of May 1967.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block III, Leeston Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 14, Block I, D.P. 307, and being part Rural Section 4603. All certificate of title, Volume 74, folio 97, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1967.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Heathcote to the Purposes of a Road

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road and that the said road shall be under the control of the Heathcote County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Taihape Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council, in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
