Land Proclaimed as Road in Block IX, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 24.7 perches situated in Block IX, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot B, D.P. 2674; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21090 (S.O. 44791) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in Blocks XI, XIV, and XV, Huangarua Survey District, Featherston County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto; and that when closed the road described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Reremoana Minnie Naera, wife of Peter Weringa Naera, of Takapau, soldier, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 441138 to the Public Trustee, and subject to lease No. 450925 to Bruce Anthony Wall, of Martinborough, sheep farmer; and that when closed the road described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in John Sydney Riddiford, of Featherston, sheep farmer.
