Pursuant to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 26 April 1967, amended the undermentioned standard specifications by the incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder:

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 10060)
Pursuant to regulation 11 of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of two producers' representatives in the Southern Ward to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz., Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington; also at the offices of the Department of Agriculture at Oamaru, Dunedin, Roxburgh, and Alexandra, and at the office of B. H. Pettit, Public Accountant, Metropolitan Fire Brigade Building, Castle Street, Dunedin.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 17 May 1967, during which period any person may lodge with the Returning Officer an objection in writing under his hand to any entry on the roll.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Dunedin. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 14th day of June 1967.

Pursuant to section 19 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, the St. Patrick's Branch, No. 1027, with registered office at Waipawa, is registered as a branch of the New Zealand District of the Hibernian-Australasian Catholic Benefit Society under the Friendly Societies Act 1909.

Local Authorities Loans Act 1956—Rates of Interest
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that the Local Authorities Loans Board, acting with the approval of the Minister of Finance, has determined as follows:

This determination shall apply to all money which any local authority has, before the 7th day of April 1967, received the sanction of the Board to borrow by way of special loan, other than money already borrowed before that date.

The rate or rates of interest that may be paid by any local authority in respect of any such money borrowed by it shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate or rates exceeding the following rates:
(a) For money borrowed for any period of less than six years: 5⅛ percent per annum
(b) For money borrowed for any period of not less than six years but less than 10 years: 5½ percent per annum
(c) For money borrowed for any period of 10 years or more: 5¾ percent per annum
- All sanctions to which this determination applies shall be varied accordingly.
