Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block III, Waitahuna West Survey District, Block V, Hillend Survey District, and Block I, Waitahuna East Survey District, Bruce County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall be incorporated in renewable lease recorded in Volume 377, folio 6, Otago Land Registry, and held by John James Coll, of Greenfield, farmer.
