Appointment of Members of Darfield Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints Thomas Henry Brankin to be a member of the Darfield Domain Board, Canterbury Land District, in place of Russell Edward Williams, resigned; and, further, increases the total number of members of the said Darfield Domain Board from eight to nine, and appoints Walter James Wall as the additional member to the Board.

to be a member of the Nature Conservation Council in place of Harold Welton Smith, resigned.

Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land, subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 109 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Allotment 247, Whangape Parish, situated in Block XIII, Rangiriri Survey District, and being parts of lands comprised in certificate of title, Volume 121, folio 277, Volume 132, folio 112, and Volume 152, folio 210.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the S.O. 43363 plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
