ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 3 perches situated in Block I, Waitahanui Survey District, being part Opawa-Rangitoto No. 2G Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20989 (S.O. 43520) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Licensing H. and N. Gilmore Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Launching Ramp at Papa Aroha, Coromandel

———

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits H. and N. Gilmore Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Papa Aroha, Coromandel, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12537 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a launching ramp, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of May 1967.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964

———

PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:

A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Limited Speed Zone Extended

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 20th day of February 1962† which relates to Ohiwa in Whakatane County is hereby revoked.

  2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rangitikei County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
