Board Appointed to Have Control of the Moanatuatua Peat Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the South Auckland Land District, ex officio;
The District Commissioner of Works for the Hamilton District, ex officio;
The Director of Soil Research, Ruakura Research Centre, ex officio; and
Four members of the Royal Society of New Zealand, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Society
to be the Moanatuatua Peat Reserve Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to
the provisions of the said Act as a reserve for scientific purposes.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICTโ€”WAIPA COUNTY

ALLOTMENT 256 (formerly part Lot 2, D.P. 11245), being part Alloment 225, Pukekura Parish, situated in Block XV,

Notice Respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of County of Waimea and City of Nelson

It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to his Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 12 of
the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the County
of Waimea and included in the City of Nelson. All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration of boundaries
are hereby called upon to lodge any objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the Minister of Internal
Affairs, Wellington, within one month from the date of publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE

All that area in the Nelson Land District in the District of Suburban North, situated in Blocks V and IX, Wakapuaka
Survey District, and Block XVI, Moutere Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner
of Lot 1, D.P. 5908, and proceeding south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Lot 1 and the part of
Section 16, comprised in C.T. 159/19, to its easternmost point; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of
Sections 16, 15, and 14, to the southernmost corner of Section 14; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary
