Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

0 1 27.3 Lot 18, D.P. S. 3982, part Allotment 42, Parish of Tamahere, Block III, Hamilton Survey District; being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 1489, folio 74, South Auckland Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1967.

Land Taken for an Aerodrome in Block VII, Kairanga Survey District, Kairanga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of April 1967.

ALL that piece of land containing 24 acres 2 roods 13 perches situated in Block VII, Kairanga Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot IX, D.P. 203, being part Section 1533, Town of Bunnythorpe; part certificate of title, Volume 568, folio 171, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of March 1967.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by William James Whalan, under and by virtue of pastoral lease, recorded in Volume 529, folio 23, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Benmore Power Project).
