To lay before the meeting an account showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that on Friday, the 7th day of April 1967, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, James Menswear Ltd. passed a resolution by entry in the minute book that the company be wound up voluntarily and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the Chamber of Commerce, Auckland, on Monday, the 17th day of April 1967, at 2.30 p.m., at which a full statement of the position of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance with section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 20th day of March 1967, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £9,500 to £5,700, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 6th day of April 1967. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of Gardner and Banks Ltd. is £5,700 divided into 9,500 fully paid ordinary shares of 12s. each, having been reduced from £9,500 divided into 9,500 ordinary shares of £1 each fully paid."

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 3rd day of April 1967, presented to the said Court by GOLDEN CHIPS (DISTRIBUTORS) LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on the business of food distributors in Wellington; AND the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 26th day of April 1967, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A PUBLIC WORK
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Mount Maunganui Borough Council proposes to take, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, the lands described in the Schedule hereto for a public work, namely, rubbish disposal. A plan of the land required to be taken is deposited and is open for inspection at the public office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke's Corner, Tauranga, and at the public offices of the Mount Maunganui Borough Council, Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui.
