CORRIGENDUM

IN the First Schedule of the Order in Council published in Gazette, 1 December 1966, No. 74, page 1991, “The Tokoroa Rural Fire District Amendment No. 7,” at page 1993, first column, fifty-third line, for “. . . thence again south-easterly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 24825;” read “. . . thence again south-easterly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 31566;”.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

Being
19 2 13 Kaingaika A 12 Block (formerly part Rangitoto Tuhua 64F 2 Block), situate in Block IX, Otanake Survey District, and shown, edged red, on Survey Office plan No. M.L. 19603.

Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of April 1967.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21032 (S.O. 43308) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Avondale-Rosebank Section of the Avondale - Pollen Island Railway

A PROCLAMATION

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 17th day of November 1954, and published in the Gazette of that year at page 1872, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 14391, in so far as it affects part Lot 52, D.P. 177 (C.T. 1c/865), being part Allotment 6, Parish of Titirangi. Formerly part C.T. 409/47.

Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of April 1967.

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
