Appointment of the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of New Zealand (Otago Branch) Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of New Zealand (Otago Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for the preservation of flora and fauna.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Upper Hutt City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Upper Hutt and revokes the reservation for a site for buildings of the Upper Hutt City Council over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That the Glenfield War Memorial Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Waitemata County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Glenfield War Memorial Domain, described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Declaration That Part of the Clinton Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Change of Purpose of the Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Clinton Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, pursuant to the said Act, changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for the preservation of flora and fauna.
