PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby appoints

Sydney Edward Mehaffy

to be Honorary Harbourmaster for the waters of Kawakawa Bay, inside a right line drawn from Orakau Point, situated in Block V, Wairoa Survey District, to Ruakura Point, Block VI, Wairoa Survey District, the appointment to take effect from 1 December 1966.

Declaration That a Reserve be the Kawau Island Domain and Appointment of Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Kawau Island Domain, and further, appoints

The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the North Auckland Land District, ex officio, who shall be Chairman;
a member for the Auckland City Council, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the City Council;
a member of the Devonport Borough Council, ex officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Borough Council; and
John Seabrook

to be the Kawau Island Domain Board to have control of the said domain.
