Licensing Errol Mervyn Christian to Occupy a Site for a Jetty in Maori Bay—Bay of Many Coves

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Errol Mervyn Christian (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Maori Bay—Bay of Many Coves, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12482 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon, and subject to, the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1967.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be five pounds (£5) ($10).

Revoking Foreshore Licence—Pakuranga

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted on 4 November 1963, authorising Hutt Timber and Hardware Co. Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Pakuranga as a site for a sewer outfall, is hereby revoked as from 1 March 1967.

Compulsory Stopping of Certain Vehicles at Railway Crossings—Provision of Exemptions

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 64 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. The Warrant under section 64 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 6th day of April 1966*, which relates to Dunedin City is hereby revoked.
2. That nothing in subsection (1) of section 64 of the Transport Act 1962 shall apply with respect to the railway level crossings described in the Schedule hereto.
