Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not
Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land,
subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 19th day of
December 1966.

Notice of Intention to Take Land and an Easement of Right
of Way Over Land for Post Office Purposes (Western Bay
of Plenty V.H.F. Station) in Block III, Te Tumu Survey
District, Tauranga County
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public
work, namely, the construction of the Western Bay of Plenty
V.H.F. Station, at Kopukairoa, and, for the purposes of that
public work, the land described in the First Schedule hereto
is required to be taken; and the easement of right of way
described in the Second Schedule hereto is required to be
taken over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto;
and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
and easement so required to be taken is deposited in the post
office at Mount Maunganui, and is there open for inspection;
that all persons affected by the execution of the said public
work, or by the taking of the said land and easement should,
if they have any objections to the execution of the said public
work or to the taking of the said land and easement, not
being objections to the amount or payment of compensation,
set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection,
within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the
Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection
is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of
the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Required to be Taken for Post Office Purposes
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 37.7 perches situated
in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, being part No. 2
Section 1E 2G, Papamoa Block; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21042 (S.O.
43383) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Description of Easement
THE full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in
perpetuity for Her Majesty the Queen to construct and use a
right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants,
agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and
repass, with or without horses or other animals and vehicles,
over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and to
maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the
purpose of providing access to the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; such right of way to be held appurtenant to
the land described in the First Schedule hereto.
THIRD SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Over Which Right of Way Easement is Required to be
Taken
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Te Tumu
Survey District, described as follows:

Licensing Russell Evan Turner to Occupy a Site for a Boat
Mooring at Motunau River
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits Russell Evan Turner (hereinafter
called the licensee, which term shall include his succes-
sors or assigns, unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of the Motunau River, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 12495 and deposited in the office of the Marine
Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a boat mooring, as shown on the said plan;
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon, and
subject to, the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regula-
tions 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto. - The term of the licence shall be five years from the 1st
day of November 1966. - The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds
(£2) ($4), and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be one pound (£1) ($2). The annual sum may be varied
during the term of this licence.
