Declaring a Water Supply Easement Over Land Taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block XIV, Matakohe Survey District, Otamatea County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a water supply easement is hereby taken over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, for the purposes of a public school, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to take water therefrom and to convey such water along, under, or over the said land, and for that purpose to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of water pipes along, under, or over the said land, and to construct, use and maintain a pump house and reservoir thereon; and, secondly, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen, from time to time and all times hereafter, to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or other equipment, over the land described in the said First Schedule for the maintenance and repair of the said line of pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and after the 13th day of March 1967.
