Death of Member of House of Representatives for Fendalton Electoral District

PURSUANT to the Electoral Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General directs it to be notified that the Honourable Harry Robson Lake, Member of the House of Representatives for the Fendalton Electoral District, died on the 21st day of February 1967; and that the seat in the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District is vacant by reason of such death.

It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 12 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the County of Taieri and included in the Borough of Mosgiel.
