Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution

PURSUANT to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, J. Hunter Contracting Co. Ltd. (in liquidation) hereby gives notice that the following extraordinary resolutions were passed, by entry in the minute book of the company, as provided by section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, on the 27th day of February 1967, viz.—

1. That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up.

2. That Mr D. J. Underwood, of Martin, Jarvie, Underwood and Hall, Public Accountants, Wellington, be, and is hereby nominated by the shareholders to be, liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets.
