NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore sub-
sisting between us, the under signed Cyril Alexander Snedden
and David Thomas Grace, carrying on business as barristers
and solicitors at Third Floor, Queensland Insurance Building,
27–31 Victoria Street East, Auckland, under the style or firm
of Snedden and Grace, has been dissolved by mutual consent
as from the 1st day of January 1967, so far as concerns the
said Cyril Alexander Snedden, who retires from the said firm.
All debts due to, and owing by, the said firm will be received
and paid respectively by David Thomas Grace, who will
continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm
of Snedden and Grace.
