2.890.2	(a) That, except with the special permission of the Minister, electric batteries (accumulators), pneumatic rubber tyres and inner tubes therefor, and undercarriage springs to be used with the chassis are not imported;
	(b) That a declaration under the Customs Act is made by the importer that, except with the special permission of the Minister, the bodies and/or cabs to be fitted to such chassis will be made in New Zealand, and that in their manufacture no imported materials or parts other than the following will be used:
	Textile fabrics coated or impregnated with plastic material, head-lining fabric not composed wholly of wool, sheet glass, metal fittings, mountings, and trimmings suited for the manufacture of vehicles, goods admissible under Groups 674, 675, 677, and 694, and similar products of other base metals and goods admissible under Part II of the Tariff, concession reference number 10.8
