Declaring Land Taken for Road, Crown Land Set Apart for Road, Land Held for a Roadman's Cottage and Better Utilisation Set Apart for Road, in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and also declares that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and also declares that the land held for a roadman's cottage, described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for road, and the land held for better utilisation described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; from and after the 20th day of February 1967.

Declaring Land Taken for an Accessway, for Street, and in Connection With Street, in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an accessway; that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street; that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street; and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt from and after the 20th day of February 1967.
