Revoking, in Whole and in Part, Notices Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated 8 June 1966, and published in Gazette, 21 July 1966, page 1143, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose, in the Gisborne Land District, to be Crown land, and previous notice revoked; and also hereby revokes the notice dated 28 May 1965, published in Gazette, 1 July 1965, Volume II, page 1052, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose, in the Gisborne Land District, to be Crown land, except in so far as the same affects that portion thereof containing 2 roods 37.5 perches, being Section 2, Block II, Tokata Survey District, Gisborne R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20420 (S.O. 5253) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
