PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a meeting place for the common use and benefit of
the Ngati Rangiwewehi subtribe and the Maori people
generally.

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the
Executive Council, hereby authorises the Otago Harbour
Board to reclaim from the sea in Otago Harbour that area,
being an area of 4.8 acres, as shown, edged red, on plan
M.D. 12462, being part of the land vested in the Board by
section 15 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act
1929, and land to be purchased from Railways Department.

    District Order 1966.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
    date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The Dannevirke Milk District Constitution Order 1945
    is hereby revoked.
