Land Proclaimed as Street in the Borough of Lyttelton

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road from and after the 16th day of January 1967.

Revoking Part of a Declaration Setting Apart Stopped Government Road for Road, in Block IV, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 26th day of May 1966, published in Gazette, 30 June 1966, No. 39, p. 1032, and registered as No. A. 161386, North Auckland Land Registry, setting apart stopped Government road for road, in so far as it affects the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto.
