Refuse Tip on James Line PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 38A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, that the Kairanga County Council proposes to establish a refuse tip on James Line, on land described as Lot 1, D.P. 15807, also part Lot 8, of Rural Section 416, Town of Palmerston North, Block XI, Kairanga S.D. FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that, at a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Feilding, taken on the 13th day of December 1966, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of £20,000 to be known as the Housing Loan 1966, for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting houses thereon, or purchasing land and existing houses, resulted as follows:
