LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of mortgage 336162, whereof Charles Porter Wilson, of Matamata, farmer, is mortgagee, affecting 16.5 perches, more or less, being Lot 60, Block 2, Deposited Plan 3661, and being part Allotment 23, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 134, folio 59, North Auckland Registry, and evidence having also been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of the above-mentioned certificate of title in the name of George Francis Chase, of Auckland, cabinet-maker, and Kathleen Chase, his wife, and application A. 188300 having been made to me to register a transmission and discharge of the said mortgage and to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with production of the said mortgage, under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register such discharge and transmission and issue such new certificate of title, on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
