Te Kaha Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 13
Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

1. The notice may be cited as the Te Kaha Development
   Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 13.
2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
   Act 1953.

   Mahia Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1
   WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First
   Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule
   hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
   1953, and it is desired to vary the same:
   Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
   Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
   follows:
   NOTICE
3. This notice may be cited as the Mahia Development
   Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1.
4. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
   in the Second Schedule hereto.
5. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

   Reserve Bank of New Zealand
   Pursuant to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand
   Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of
   the Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that as at the
   close of business on 20 December 1966, and until
   further notice, balances to be maintained in the Reserve
   Bank by each trading bank shall be equal to an amount
   which, when added to that bank's holdings of Reserve Bank
   notes as disclosed in that bank's latest available weekly return
   of Banking Statistics under the Statistics Act 1955, will be
   not less than the aggregate of: 22 percent of that bank's
   demand deposits in New Zealand plus 3 percent of that
   bank's time deposits in New Zealand (excluding wool retention
   deposits) as shown in the last preceding monthly return
   furnished by that bank in accordance with section 31 of the
   Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964.
   The balances to be maintained as aforesaid shall be exclusive
   of any balance held by a trading bank in its wool
   retention or special fund account at the Reserve Bank.
