Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Rosebank Section of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway, in Block III, Titirangi Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of February 1952, and published in the Gazette of that year at page 200, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13445, in so far as it affects Lot 2, D.P. 55312 (C.T. 7A/1442). Formerly part Lot 56, D.P. 3626 (C.T. 135/64). Being part Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish.

Also, in so far as it affects part of the land in D.P. 3626 (C.T. 2B/1273). Formerly part Lot 56, D.P. 3626 (C.T. 827/30). Being part Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish.

Both situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—PATANGATA COUNTY
Lot 87, Deeds Plan 51, being part Rural Section 1, Motuotaraia, situated in Block X, Motuotaraia Survey District. Area: 1 rood 15·5 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 82, folio 75 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1966.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 4 perches situated in Block XVI, Tuhua Survey District, South Auckland R.D., being part Puketapu 3c 5a 4 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20505 (S.O. 42040) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
