in the First Schedule hereto, and the leasehold estate in land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Armstrong Wales and George Armstrong Wales the younger, under and by virtue of pastoral lease recorded in Volume 338, folio 107, and the leasehold estate in land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Herons Estate Ltd. under and by virtue of pastoral lease recorded in Volume 386, folio 131, all Otago Land Registry, are hereby taken for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Project) from and after the 19th day of December 1966.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Allan McPherson under and by virtue of pastoral leases No. P 138 and No. P 139, recorded in Volume 163, folio 167, and Volume 163, folio 113, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of December 1966.

Amending a Proclamation Proclaiming Land as Road in Blocks VIII and XII, Waitoa Survey District, Piako County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 6th day of September 1965, and published in the Gazette, 30 September 1965, No. 56, p. 1649, proclaiming land as road in Blocks VIII and XII, Waitoa Survey District, by deleting the area of land lastly described in the Schedule thereto and substituting in lieu thereof the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamations defining the middle line of portions of the Paeroa-Pokeno Railway, particulars of which Proclamations are given in the Schedule hereto.
