Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservations over the lands
described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes
specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said
lands, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed
of by the New Lynn Borough Council at current market
value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
New Lynn Borough Council's reserves account, such moneys
to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of
other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in
or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
