Levin Borough Council Declared a Leasing Authority, Under the Public Bodies' Leases Act 1908
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 6th day of December 1966 Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Bodies' Leases Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the Levin Borough Council to be a leasing authority within the meaning of that Act.

Exempting Land in the Nelson Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby exempted from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925.
SCHEDULE ALL that area of land in the Nelson Land District containing 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, being sections 1182, 1183, and 1184, Town of Reefton, comprised in certificates of titles, Volume 15, folio 19, and Volume 24, folio 154.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan S.P. Plan 9594, marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 28th day of November 1966.

Appointment of Lake Mahinapua Domain Board to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Lake Mahinapua Domain Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a scenic reserve.

Board Appointed to Have Control of Lake Mahinapua Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Westland Land District ex-officio who shall be Chairman, His Worship the Mayor of Hokitika, ex-officio, The Chairman of the Reserves Committee of the Hokitika Borough Council, ex-officio, The Chairman of the Works Committee of the Hokitika Borough Council, ex-officio, Three representatives of the Westland County Council, ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the County Council, A representative of the Westland Acclimatisation Society, ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Society, and A representative of the Lake Mahinapua Aquatic Club Incorporated, ex-officio, to be appointed in that behalf by the Club to be the Lake Mahinapua Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a public domain.
