Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule here-
to as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a meeting
place for the common use and benefit of the members of
the Ngati Kapu Tribe.

hereto as Maori reservations for the purposes as set out.

water supply for the common use and benefit

excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

rates made or levied under the provisions of the Rating
Act 1925.
