A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of December 1966.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway in the City of Porirua

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of May 1953, and published in Gazette, 14 May 1953, Volume I, at page 739, and registered as No. 4788, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 27 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the declaration dated 28 March 1966, and published in Gazette, 14 April 1966, No. 21, p. 638, setting apart Crown land for an aerodrome, and, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for an aerodrome from and after the 5th day of December 1966.

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board, in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
